Sensation Fitness
At Sensation they are not military nor do they just ‘run’ for an hour. Although you will be trained to add your own unique style and flavour!
3-Day Bootcamp Retreat
Take part in a range of fun, high-energy classes, including outdoor boot camp, boxercise and more. Includes a range of routines aimed to help you tone. There are also lovely woodland walks and jogs so you can fully experience the great outdoors. Get great support from experienced trainers and friends you make along the way.
There is an option for this retreat to be strictly for ladies only, so you can feel confident and comfortable throughout your stay.
This is a complete interactive camp. We share all the cooking and please be prepared to share up to 8. This is great fun with traditional Scottish banter and friends you will make for life.
